Ultimate Goal
1. Running for life.
2. Enjoying a healthy, strong, powerful and active physique through my young, middle, and senior years.
3. Eating and being active positively.
4. Wearing shorts when I run.
5. Running a 10k.
6. Running a half marathon.
7. Running a full marathon.
8. Wearing a bikini to go swimming in summer.
9. Getting a Garmin 305 watch and HR band on my first 5km run. COMPLETED. RECEIVED A 405 FOR CHRISTMAS!
10. Being more involved in the running community, and forums.
11. Joining a running group.
12. Completing a triathlon.
13. Be a pacer in a Sri Chinmoy event.

1 month goals
1. Taking each step three days at a time. Just get through three days.
2. Keeping to the Optislim guidelines until the 8th of April.
3. Getting underneath 140kgs by the 8th of April.
The lifestyle I am living every day:
Eating foods that fuel my body
Eating foods that energize and keep me positive.
Exercising every day
Running regularly, straight through.
Knowing about the effects of food and continuing to learn, and allowing my body to respond positively.
Being aware, conscious of my activity.
Recording my activity so that I don’t hide anything.
Positively influencing others- and helping others.
